CLASS I MISDEMEANORS
- Shamar Dervon Waters, 33, of 414 Sixth St. No. 5, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
- Drue M. Gilbertson, 19, of 120 Council Ridge Road, reckless driving, fined $597 and sentenced to 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, 28 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Brandy D. Scholl, 45, Sioux Falls, driving with a revoked license, fined $396.50 an sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Alexia Kloos, 34, of 2110 22nd Ave. S. No. 24, traffic in substitute plates, fined $196.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Nemias Martinez Hernandez, 24, Flandreau, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 37 days in BCDC; no drivers license, fined $132.50, 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
CLASS II MISDEMEANORS
- Payton Arthur Behrend, 26, Sioux Falls, second-degree petty theft $400 or less, fined $198.50 with $300 restitution and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Wicangpi Cistina Lily Dumarce, 31, Sioux Falls, driving with a suspended license, fined $282.50.
