Twin City Fan names James Larson as chief operating officer

MINNEAPOLIS Twin City Fan Companies Ltd., a privately-held leader of air moving equipment manufactured in South Dakota and Tennessee, recently announced the hiring of James Larson as the new chief operating officer.

Larson will lead efforts to drive operational excellence across TCFC, positioning the company for continued growth and success in todays dynamic business environment.

A South Dakota native, Larson earned his industrial engineering degree from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He brings 34 years of extensive experience in manufacturing, product design, account management and supply chain to TCFC, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and building strong teams.

Most recently, Larson served as president of Cass Precision Machining, where he led efforts to improve customer experience and financial performance while developing a high-performing team.

Prior to that, he held significant leadership roles in both privately held and publicly traded manufacturing organizations, consistently focusing on enhancing processes, strengthening relationships and delivering results.
