BROOKINGS On Jan. 18 at 6 p.m., the Brookings Public Library will host a Cooking with Pheasant class. Attendees will learn how to prepare pheasant, taste-test some dishes, and go home with a few new recipes.
This event is co-sponsored by SDSUs Pheasants Forever Chapter.
