Although Dr. Willert is a chiropractor by trade, his “vision” to represent District 7 far outpaces the current members in office. Dr. Willert has spent time in Washington, D.C., helping a former congressman, so politics is not new to him.
Restoring strength at the source; strong families, strong schools, strong local businesses, strong farms, strong communities, and strong citizens. A “bigger” government weakens the entire structure. More taxes equals more spending, which equals a bigger dependence on big government. South Dakota’s budget is beginning to choke South Dakotans. It’s time for a new voice in Pierre. Kelsey Bowman is the choice for Brookings School Board. Having previously been employed as an assistant business manager, Kelsey brings much-needed experience in helping curb spending. With Brookings County as being among the highest-taxed counties via property taxes, how has your property tax statement compare in the last 10 years?
As a parent with a child in the early stages of education, Kelsey’s theme is, “Our Kids Deserves the Best!” The fact that no other board member or candidate has a child in the school district. The “report card” given annually shows that Brookings is toward the bottom of schools with like number of students. We need better in our school board and administration.
