BROOKINGS — Brookings Mayor Oepke “Ope” Niemyer announced a mayoral proclamation about Donald Bingham Day at an event at Bowes Construction on May 1.
Bingham is retiring from Bowes after 50 years of service. Jason and Lyle Bowes shared some anecdotes about their experiences with Bingham over the years, and his co-workers gave him a well deserved ovation.
