Alison Ludwig

Alison Marie Ludwig, 30, of Yankton, SD passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2025.
Born on March 20, 1995 to Kristi (Thormodsgard) Ludwig and Scott Ludwig. Alison was a beloved daughter, sister and mother.
Alison was known for her big heart and unending compassion for others.
From the time she was a small child, well into adulthood, she always sought out those who needed a friend the most.
Her compassion and caretaker spirit lead her to a career in healthcare, she touched many lives in her short time here on earth.
Alisons proudest accomplishment was her 2 children. She was also very proud of both of her sisters.
Alison is survived by her parents, Scott and Kristi Ludwig, her sisters Ava and Ashlyn Ludwig(Parker Pennings), her children Serenity Ludwig and Payton Ingalls. Grandparents Maureen Sorgdrager, Loren and Charlene Thormodsgard as well as many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be at Anderson Funeral Home in Canton, SD on Tuesday, April 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. with family present. Funeral services area at Canton Lutheran Church on Wednesday April 30 at 2 p.m.
