CLASS IV FELONY
- Bridgette Delores Ten Bears, 35, of 510 Seventh Ave. S. Apt. 12, abuse or cruelty to a minor less than 7 years old, fined $600 and sentenced to seven years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center; DUI fined $870.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
CLASS I MISDEMEANORS
- Kendrell Mark Quinnen Westberry, 37, Sumter, South Carolina, reckless driving, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center; second-offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 110 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Mark Alan Stoll, 60, of 3250 Western Ave. S. Lot 14, obstruct police, jailer or firefighter, fined $496.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 27 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
- Crystal D. Arcoren, 44, of 600 Medary Ave. S. No. 5B, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 45 days in BCDC; second-degree petty theft $400 or less, fined $198.50 with $37.92 restitution and sentenced to 15 days in BCDC, 56 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
