South Dakota Department of Labor hosting series for business managers

PIERRE The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation is hosting a three-session “Workforce Knowledge Series, Employers Roadmap to SDWORKS,” designed to support businesses and organizations. The series is accessible via Microsoft Teams.

SDWORKS is DLRs online platform where employers can post job listings, connect with job seekers, and recruit candidates. This three-part series will teach how to make the most of SDWORKS by covering essential tools and practices to aid hiring efforts.

All 30-minute sessions start at 11:30 a.m. via Microsoft Teams:

  • Registering your business with SDWORKS Jan. 9
  • Posting job openings Jan. 16
  • Candidate Search Jan. 23

Advanced registration is required for each event by clicking the “Register Now” button on the Event Calendar Entry. Registrants will be prompted to enter a mySD single sign-on credential. An invitation with a link to the Microsoft Teams session and a separate calendar invite will be emailed. Contact a Job Service office for further details or with questions.
