CLASS IV FELONY

• Daniel J. Schoonhoven, 59, of 360 Broken Bow Trail, sixth-offense DUI, fined $1,050.50 and sentenced to eight years in the state penitentiary and 69 days on Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS VI FELONY

• Thomas Carey, 51, of 425 Main Ave. S., reregister every six months, fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 10 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
