ELK POINT The Flandreau Fliers saw their season come to an end when they were defeated by the Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies 44-14 in an 11B Playoff matchup on Thursday night.
Paul Parsley completed 20 of 35 passes for 188 yards while Cameron Flute had a 59-yard touchdown pass for the Fliers. Karter Headrick ran 12 times for 72 yards, including a one-yard touchdown. Micah Otto had two catches for 81 yards and a touchdown while Kody Kneebone had three catches for 69 yards.
Keaton Gate completed 10 of 16 passes for 374 yards and five touchdowns for the Huskies. Grayson Girard had four carries for 49 yards and a touchdown. Ashton Fairbanks had five catches for 232 yards and three touchdowns.
The Fliers finished the year with a record of 5-4.
