Members of the Brookings School Board accepted an award from the Associated School Boards of South Dakota during the boards Oct. 15 meeting.
The board achieved the highest tier Gold Level in the associations Act, Learn, Lead program, which recognizes school boards dedicated to leadership, skills training, and participation in state and national activities.
