The Brookings Birding Club will hold its March meeting on March 13 at 7 p.m. in the Larson Nature Center at Dakota Nature Park, 1705 32nd St. S.
The presenter will be Nels Granholm, who will talk about Adlie penguins. These penguins live on the Antarctic continent and are rarely found in zoos. Granholm studied them long ago. If fact, it was so long ago that his presentation will feature 35mm slides. This may be your last chance to see an actual slide show.
Brookings Birding Club meetings are free and open to all interested persons.
