Robert “Bob” Wrigg, 94, of Elkton died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023, at Brookings Health System.

Ernest Diedrich Hamer, age 83, of White, SD, passed away due to complications with liver cancer in the Emergency Room at the Brookings Hospital on Friday, Dec. 15, 2023.

Steve “Esty” Estenson, of rural Elkton, died Dec. 14, 2023, following complications due to multiple medical issues.

Cordell Costar, 84, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, at his residence in Brookings.

Marlin Telkamp, formerly of Watertown and Brookings, SD passed away Dec. 7, 2023, in hospice care after an extended stay at the Firesteel Nursing Home in Mitchell, SD. Marlin was married to Geri (Geraldine Fischbach) Telkamp also residing at Firesteel.
