SIOUX FALLS — The Brookings Bobcats dropped a dual to Sioux Falls Christian losing by a score of 9-0 at Tomar Park on Monday afternoon.
Braylon Peters lost to Mitchell Hofer in the first flight, losing by scores of 6-1 and 6-3. Stefan Nicolic lost to Rex Lefever in the second flight 6-0, 6-0. Carson Kreie lost in the third flight to Jack Squier 6-3, 6-2 and Xavier St. Pierre lost to Jack DeYoung 6-2, 6-4 in the fourth flight.
J.C. St. Pierre lost to Logan Boyle in the fifth flight by scores of 6-3 and 6-0 and Andrew Hahn lost in the sixth flight to Elijah Lindgren by scores of 6-0 and 6-1 in the sixth flight.
Peters and Kreie lost to Hofer and Squier 6-0, 6-1 in the first doubles flight while Nicolic and Xavier St. Pierre lost to Lefever and Boyle 6-2, 6-2 in the second flight. J.C. St. Pierre and Hahn lost to Deyoung and Lindgren 6-2, 6-0.
The Bobcats fell to 2-8 with the loss and will travel to Yankton for a triangular with Watertown beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
