CLASS III FELONY
- Earl Decoteau, 54, Flandreau, abuse or cruelty to a minor less than 7 years old, fined $116.50 and sentenced to 10 years in the state penitentiary; DUI, fined $250.50, five years of prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
CLASS IV FELONY
- Isaac Gomez-Alicea, 31, of 603 Heritage Drive, Apt. 1, intentional damage to property $5,000 to $100,000, fined $800 with $3,292.92 restitution and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
CLASS V FELONY
- Kenneth B. Carder II, 32, Sioux Falls, grand theft more than $2,500 but less than or equal to $5,000, fined $116.50 with $5,215 restitution and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and 110 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
CLASS VI FELONIES
- Alfred Eagle Deer, 43, Sioux Falls, grand theft more than $1,000 and less than or equal to $2,500, fined $116.50 with $647.69 restitution and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary, prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
- Raven Lee Nickason, 30, Sioux Falls, grand theft more than $1,000 and less than or equal to $2,500, fined $158.10 with $2,568 restitution and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and two days in BCDC, all prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
