Jerome Lee Toutges, 76, of Hot Springs, SD and formerly of Brookings, died Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Michael J. Fitzmaurice State Veterans Home in Hot Springs.
A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 24, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Brookings. Memorial visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Rudes Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
