BROOKINGS The Brookings Public Library is closed today due to an unplanned electrical outage.
Library Director AshiaGustafson said she hopes to be able to reopen the library on Friday.
The source of the problem is being investigated as of Thursday morning, and only the library was being affected.
People should watch the librarys Facebook page for updates.
