1:24 a.m. Brookings police assisted the University Police on a traffic stop. One person was cited for an alcohol violation.
10:29 a.m. Officers took a non-injury accident report.
10:33 a.m. The Brookings Police Department received a call regarding fraud.
2:56 p.m. Officers responded to a road rage incident. The incident was investigated.
5:22 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Seventh Avenue South for a male laying on the ground.
7:08 p.m. The Brookings Police Department conducted alcohol compliance checks and a business in Brookings failed to check the identification of the underage buyer. The employee was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Friday, April 26
1:36 a.m. The Brookings Police Department conducted a traffic stop. The driver was later arrested for driving under the Influence.
9:55 a.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report of fraud.
11:01 a.m. A referral was sent to the police department from the Department of Social Services.
11:04 a.m. Officers responded to the 1800 block of 12th Street South for an assault. One individual was taken into custody.
12:10 p.m. The Brookings Police Department responded to a medical assistance call.
3:07 p.m. One individual was arrested for DUI in the 300 block of 15th Avenue.
5:06 p.m. BPD officers made an arrest for a warrant.
9:05 p.m. A male was arrested for domestic assault.
Saturday, April 27
12:03 a.m. An officer responded to a two-vehicle injury accident.
3:48 a.m. Brookings Police responded to an accident.
4:01 a.m. A report was made of vandalism. The victim reported that an unknown person threw a rock at their window causing it to shatter. A report was taken.
6:56 a.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of Heritage Drive for the report of criminal entry of motor vehicle.
9:59 a.m. The Brookings Police Department assisted with a drug take back.
1:09 p.m. BPD officers responded to a report of theft.
