• Erin Rae Stever, 20, Watertown, neglect, abandonment or mistreatment of animal, fined $496.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 85 days jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Cole Donovan Bungarden, 25, of 8020 Legacy Lane Unit 76, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
