• Ethan Dean Ellingson, 20, of 469 Hansen Hall, SDSU, distribute or possess with intent to distribute less than ½ ounce of marijuana, fined $1,096.50 and sentenced to 60 days in BCDC, 45 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
