Tyler Scott Seeling, 20, of 318 Meadows North, SDSU, speeding on other roadways, fined $97.50.
Yohan Loza Gonzalez, 20, Volga, exhibition driving, fined $132.50; failure to renew registration during assigned month; fined $132.50; no driver’s license, fined $132.50.
Melissa Ann Otteson, 46, of 804 Sixth Ave., municipal speeding in school zone, fined $186.50.
Christle Lynn Scott, 47, of 521 12th St. S. Lot 6, failure to assure passengers ages 5-18 wear seat belts, fined $25.
Todd Larson, 61, Estelline, speeding on other roadways, fined $97.50.

CLASS V FELONIES
Misty K. Porter, 47, of 932 Southland Lane No. 13, grand theft if more than $2,000 and less than $5,000, fined $800 with $6,670 restitution and sentence to four years in the state penitentiary and 15 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
Karlene Erin Korstad, 30, Sioux Falls, third-degree burglary, fined $500 with $27,282 restitution and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and three days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
CLASS I MISDEMEANORS
Michael Lee Weets, 51, Lake Benton, Minnesota, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Jaydon Michael Steele, 19 of 205 Binnewies Hall, SDSU, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
