CLASS V FELONY

  • Nicholas T. Steed, 34, Awendaw, South Carolina, distribute or possess with intent to distribute 1 ounce or less of marijuana, fined $800 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, suspended imposition of sentence.
  • Cory D. Martinson, 33, of 526 Fifth Ave. S. No. H12, cruelty to animals, fined $1,262.70 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 201 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

  • Craig L. Leech, 49, Sioux Falls, criminal entry of motor vehicle, fined $296,50 with $350 restitution and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
  • Kelly Ann Rumpca, 50, Webster, DUI, fine $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
  • Jeremy Donald Holter, 38, of 115 Wagon Wheel Circle, misdemeanor violation of no-contact provision, fined $496.50 and sentenced to 34 days in BCDC; domestic abuse simple assault attempt to put another in fear of bodily harm, fined $521.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 60 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
