CLASS V FELONY

• Tyler David Monroy, 23, Estelline, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

• Michaela Brown Otter, 34, Aberdeen, ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, fined $727.04 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 19 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
