Deon Lucas, 54, Volga, speeding on a state highway, fined $157.50.
William Hunter Engelmann, 22, of 20731 471st Ave., no proper license plates on vehicle, fined $132.50.
Madelyn Suzanne Nelson, 21, Sioux Falls, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $282.50 and sentenced to 10 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Matthew Richard Anderson, 33, of 200 Maple Drive, disorderly conduct, fined $198.50 and sentenced to 15 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
