We’ve seen the confident and determined look on his face as he knelt for over nine minutes, rebuffing shouted and whispered requests that he stop.
At trial he didn’t just decline to testify, he took the Fifth.
No one had the opportunity to ask him if he knelt so confidently because he’d done it before.
