BROOKINGS – The snowfall paused just in time for Santa’s Ho Ho Hoedown, the annual Festival of Lights parade through downtown Brookings Saturday evening.
Hardy souls bracing against the windy and cold conditions lined both sides of Main Avenue as the parade entries rolled past.
Above, Farmers Implement & Irrigation’s entry won the Mayor’s Choice Award and featured Santa and Mrs. Claus.
