1:21 a.m. Brookings Police responded to the 1000 block of Western Avenue in reference to a domestic assault.

2:52 p.m. A Brookings Police officer was dispatched to the 800 block of 19th Street South for a report of a non-injury accident with two vehicles.

Monday, Oct. 12

9:39 a.m. Brookings Police took a report of a theft.

12:19 p.m. Brookings Police responded to a minor accident. A report was filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 13

12:16 a.m. Law enforcement made a traffic stop. A driver was cited for no insurance.

3:20 a.m. Brookings Police responded to the 600 block of Third Street South in reference to disorderly conduct.

12 p.m. Brookings took a report of a peeping tom.

10:10 p.m. Law enforcement took a report of a potential sighting of two missing juveniles from Sioux Falls.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

8:22 a.m. Brookings Police responded to the 500 block of Eighth Street South in regard to a theft of electricity. A report was generated.

8:52 a.m. Theft of motor vehicle parts and accessories, $400-$1,000

12:50 p.m. Officers received a report of stolen medication and cash occurring in the 2500 block of Sixth Street. A report was filed.

2:32 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Eighth Street South and Roberts Avenue for a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. A report was completed.

4:21 p.m. Police received a call that Melody Hackett has violated her bonds.

Thursday, Oct. 15

3:23 p.m. The Brookings Police Department received information of a subject allegedly selling methamphetamine. The case is under investigation.
