AURORA – Aurora’s annual Pickle Festival Gala Days celebration lived up to its superhero theme – Have a Super Time at the Pickle Festival – this past weekend, and a little rain on Saturday didn’t keep the crowds away.
Above, 3-year-old Kyler Price, son of Doyle and Nicholle Price of Aurora and dressed up as Sheriff Woody from Toy Story, was the winner of the kids’ bike parade.
Below 1, crowds visited the animals from Willow Meadows Farm Petting Zoo, including Brownie Mae, a 1-year-old alpaca.
Below 2, a pair of big dills waved to parade-goers.
Below 3, Champions Forever brought their Spintacular Basketball Show to both the parade and later at the city park.
