RUTLAND – Sanborn Central/Woodnsocket’s Trista White had 26 kills as the Blackhawks improved to 11-2 on the season with a four-set win over Oldham-Ramona/Rutland on Saturday afternoon in Rutland.
The Blackhawks won by set scores of 15-25, 25-21, 25-23, and 25-18.
For ORR, Alivia Bickett posted a double-double with 24 digs and 10 kills. She also added four of the seven Lady Raider service aces.
Julia Trygstad posted 15 kills and had three blocks for the Lady Raiders.
Alivia Spilde also posted ten kills and Sine Matson contributed 28 digs for ORR.
Paige Hanson had 23 assists for the Lady Raiders.
For Sanborn Central/Woonsocket, Brooke Doering added 11 of the 45 kills for the Blackhawks, and Teya Moody had four of the Blackhawks nine service aces.
The Lady Raiders had 43 kills and 34 assists. They had 91 digs, six blocks and seven service aces.
SCW had 45 kills and 81 digs. The Blackhawks also had 40 assits, nine service aces and five blocks
Oldham-Ramona/Rutland, now 4-6 on the season, travels to Canistota tonight to take on the Hawks.
