BROOKINGS – New Brookings City Council member Leah Brink, above, takes the oath of office from Mayor Keith Corbett at the Tuesday meeting of the council.
Incumbent Holly Tilton Byrne, below, was also sworn in by Corbett before the council got down to business and listened to what property managers had to say about a proposed amendment to rental unit codes.
