BROOKINGS – Rotary District 5610 Gov. Doug Lind, right, made an unexpected visit to the Brookings club Tuesday, presenting Club President Don Norton with the District 5610 Rotarian of the Year Award.
Norton is just completing his second term as Brookings club president, currently serves as the district grants subcommittee chair, and next year will serve as assistant governor for Area 4.
