SIOUX FALLS – Brookings’ Rachel Gannon won the all-around at the Sioux Falls Lincoln Triangular on Tuesday.
She posted a score of 34.7.
O’Gorman (136.1) edged the Bobcats (135.9) for the team title and host Lincoln (132.9) was third.
Gannon won the floor with a 9.25. She took second on the vault (8.8) and beam (9.05) and tied for 10th on the bars (7.6).
Lily Siemonsma paced Brookings on the bars with an 8.5, putting her in second. Sierra Stevens (8.25) finished third.
In the all-around, Stevens (33.75) placed fifth and Siemonsma (33.55) ended up sixth.
The Patriots’ Elizabeth Boysen (34.05) was runner-up in the all-around. OG’s Payton Steffensen (vault, 89.5), Raena Manning (bars, 8.8) and Grace Miller (beam, 9.1) added event victories.
Brookings returns to action at the Watertown Invitational on Saturday at noon.
