Benjamin Keith Holter, 26, Tea, possession of at least ½ pound and less than 1 pound of marijuana, fined $5,116.50 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 60 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
