SIOUX FALLS – Darren Clarke won the Sanford International Golf Tournament at Minnehaha Country Club in Sioux Falls on Sunday in a two-hole playoff.
Clarke defeated K.J. Choi and Steve Flesch.
Flesch missed a putt in regulation that would have gave him the win. He would bogey on the first playoff hole.
Choi had a chance to win on the first playoff hole, but missed a birdie putt. Clarke and Choi both made par on the first playoff hole.
Clarke then hit a birdie putt for the win on the second playoff hole. Choi made par.
This was the fourth year of the tournament in Sioux Falls.
