VOLGA — Old Timers Day Weekend in Volga is June 12-14.
The multi-day celebration will include community rummage sales, a 5K run, a three-on-three basketball tournament, a parade, a barbecue and a Saturday night street dance.
The Party at Meadow Creek begins at 7 p.m. on June 12.
The event will include free ice cream and a bounce house. Music provided by a DJ, food trucks and fireworks at dusk.
The annual parade takes place at 11 a.m. on June 13.
All parade entries should enter the Sioux Valley parking lot area through the intersection of Lincoln Lane and Fourth Street.
Other June 13 events include a Legion pancake feed at CC’s from 7:30 to 10 a.m.
A kiddie tractor pull will be at 1:30 p.m. on Kasan Avenue.
A softball tournament will be June 13-14 as well.
A community hymn sing will be 6:30 p.m. June 14 at First Reformed Church.
