CLASS V FELONIES

• Silas L. Shields, 27, Sioux Falls, second-degree scape by prisoner, fined $796.75 and sentenced to two years in the stat penitentiary and 18 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence
• Karoteh Kevin Suah, 25, Sioux Falls, possession of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $1,000 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary, all prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

CLASS VI FELONIES

• Stacey Arleen Denison, third-offense DUI, fined $860.50 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 14 days in BCDC all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by he court.
• Daniel W. Walker, 28, Madison, simple assault against law enforcement officer or other public officer, fined $600 and sentenced to to years in the state penitentiary and 20 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 13 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• Vilma Esther Zayas, 63, of 521 12th St. S., misrepresent facts to obtain driver’s license, fined $263, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Daniel P. Walker, 28, Madison, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 27 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Julia Kay Dossett, 20, Madison, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 with $370.39 restitution and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Jeremiah L. Christensen, 43, of 107 Ninth St. enter or surreptitiously remain in building, fined $196.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Alexander David Grant, 43, of 1116 Sixth St. No. 306, reckless driving, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• James Olima, 22, Mission, Kansas, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Miguel A. Salinas, 23, Sioux Falls, DUi. fined $872 driving with suspended license, fined $278.50, suspended imposition of sentence
• Desirae N. Kellen 25, of 600 Fifth Ave. S.Lot 201, ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, fined $722 with $300 restitution and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• James B.D. Lemon, 37, Volga, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

• Jay Robert Larson, 50, of 532 Copper Mountain Circle, second degree petty theft — $400 or less, fined $78.50 and sentenced to five days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Steven Paul Heth Jr., 23, of 523 Heritage Drive Apt. 2, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $282.50.
