Brookings vigil marks anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

A peaceful vigil was held on the steps of the Brookings Post Office at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, marking Feb. 24 as the fourth anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
