Thomas Eugene Delaney 72, of Brookings, died Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at Avera McKennan Hospital surrounded by family. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at GracePoint Wesleyan Church, Brookings. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, at Rude’s Funeral Home, Brookings.
