I believe that there are many reasons that Donald Trump should not be president of our nation. One reason being that he is incapable of being honest, a trait that affects all of us but sadly young minds that will feel that lying and using vulgar language are a part of normal conversation. We now have a situation that is creating more dishonesty by the Trump administration.
The recent needless shooting of a citizen in Minneapolis by an ICE agent has caused J. D. Vance and Kristi Noem to immediately lie that the victim of the shooting was the perpetrator before any facts of the incident were even discussed.
Donald Trump has his appointed cabinet members trained very well to lie for him. Donald Trump has lied and continues to lie concerning the 2020 presidential election. He knows that he lost, but believed if he lied long enough and had some of his backers illegally procure more votes, he could steal the election. Such a lack of allegiance to a nation. Also, I cannot have respect for a so-called leader who has referred to fallen soldiers as “suckers” and “losers.” Nor can I respect someone who has been found guilty, in a court of law of 34 felonies, and ties that he has done nothing wrong. This nation has a Constitution, rules of law, and courts of law, and Mr. Trump has chosen to ignore them all. In spite of our nations faults, we have had a somewhat peaceful nation before Donald Trump came into power. Now, we have chaos, doubt, despair, and dishonesty. I am sad that Donald Trump feels his name should be on the Kennedy Center. President Kennedy was a statesman who cared for our nation and its people, very much, unlike Donald Trump. I believe the situation of our nation could be better if our delegation of Sens.Thune and Rounds, and Rep. Johnson would act and serve more like adults.
