Steven Patrick Parsley

Steven Shied Patrick Parsley, 71, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Hospital, Fort Meade, SD. After a valiant 8 year battle with cancer and he is now at peace.
Steven Shied was born May 1, 1954 in Brookings, SD to Ralph and Mary (Sutton) Parsley.
Stevens last ride will be to Black Hills National Cemetery, Tuesday, Nov, 4, at 10 a.m., with family and friends gathering at Kinkade Funeral Chapel at 9 a.m. All are welcome.
Following the ceremony, a gathering will be held at Lumpys Casino in Central City. Dress code optional, but Shied would always wear jeans.
