BROOKINGS South Dakota State University Extension 4-H is pleased to welcome youth and their supporters to the 2025 4-H Gala, Bright Lights, Bold Legacy.
This inspiring evening will showcase the legacy of 4-H and its bright future by honoring the young leaders and bold visionaries who shape South Dakota communities through innovation, resilience and service to others. Community members, alumni, families and supporters are invited to attend.
It starts at 6 p.m. CST on Nov. 22 at the SDSU Alumni Center in Brookings. Registration is required and is $90 per person or $750 for a table of eight. Sponsorships are also available. To purchase a ticket or sponsorship, visit the SDSU Extension Events page and search gala.
The event will feature accomplishments and innovations from 4-H members across the state, while also showcasing stories of service, problem-solving and progress led by South Dakotas 4-H youth.
There will be a formal meal with entertainment by Dueling Pianos, an interactive musical experience, and a live auction where attendees can bid on exclusive items. A silent auction will be available online starting on Nov. 10.
All proceeds from the auctions support statewide 4-H programs and scholarships.
