BROOKINGS Homecoming week is always popular with students in the Brookings School District, and one of the most popular aspects of it is the annual parade.
This years event, with a Wild West theme, was no different, attracting a huge crowd on Friday afternoon to downtown Brookings for the festivities and, oh, the candy, too.
