Margaret Peggy Patricia Brown, 80, died Sept. 20, 2025, at Sanford Hospital following complications from a short illness. A visitation will be held at Rudes Funeral Home in Brookings on Oct. 4 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Afterward, she will be buried beside her late husband, Julian Brown, in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Pierre, S.D.
