BROOKINGS The Brookings girls tennis teams lost a pair of dual on Tuesday at the Hillcrest Tennis Courts. The Bobcats lost 6-3 to St. Thomas More and then fell 9-0 to OGorman.
Brookings is now 3-13 on the season. The Bobcats will play at Sioux Falls Lincoln on Thursday and will play against Lincoln and Harrisburg.

Annika Hooda lost 10-1 to Amity Strand in the No. 1 singles match. Muxi Tian fell 10-4 to Evie Reinicke in the No. 2 match and Sanhita Tummala was beaten 10-0 by Eliya Strand in the No. 3 match. Alison Glover and Maya Gent each picked up victories for the Bobcats. Glover beat Blakesly Schleifforth 10-7 in the No. 4 match and Gent topped Samantha Ponto 10-4 in the No. 5 match. Brielle Smetana fell 10-4 to Hallie Millar 10-4 in the No. 6 match.
In the No. 1 doubles match, Hooda and Tummala lost 10-5 to Amity Strand and Ponto. Glover and Gent lost 10-1 to Eliya Strand and Reinicke 10-1. Tian and Smetana beat Schleiffarth and Milar in the No. 3 match.

Hooda lost the No. 1 singles match 10-2 to Lucy Koziara. Tian fell 10-3 to Sarah Jamous in the No. 2 match and Tummala was beaten 10-5 by Hadley Garry in the No. 3 match. Glover lost 10-1 in the No. 4 match to Wilnel Farhat and Gent lost to Ruby Bender 10-1 in the No. 5 match. In the No. 6 match, Smetana lost 10-0 to Jude Houck.
Hooda Tummala lost 10-6 to Koziara and Jamous in the No. 1 doubles match. Glover and Gent fell 10-0 to Garry and Farhat in the No. 2 match and Tian and Smetana lost 10-2 to Bender and Houck in the No. 3 match.
