CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• Nathaniel A. King, 39, of 712 Brooklawn Drive No. 7, first-degree petty theft more than $400, fined $396.50 with $2,156.52 restitution and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; resisting arrest, fined $620.10 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court. Jamison Lee Stein, 24, Volga, permit threatening or harassing telephone calls, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 27 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
