CLASS IV FELONY

• Mark Franklin Guerue, 45, of 521 12th St. S. Lot 5, manufacture, distribute or possess drugs in schedules I or II, fined $116.50 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and 45 days on house arrest, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

• Megan S. Schuelke, 28, of 323 Main Ave. No. C, failure to stop after accident causing property damage, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, 28 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Dameon Anthony Cournoyer, 19, Flandreau, reckless driving, fined $597 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Christian D. Hernandez, 32, of 916 Southland Lane No. 202, first-degree petty theft more than $400, fined $412.50 with $512.32 and sentenced to 45 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Paul S. Buckley, 62, Volga, reckless driving, fined $597 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
