• Wilmer Zeas Serrano, 37, Lake Norden, third-offense DUI, fined $1,050.50 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
• Paul B. Cline, 57, of 153 First Ave. S., failure to register new address, fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 10 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
• Markcus Williams, 37, Volga, second-degree eluding fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and two days in BCDC; DUI, fined $850.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
