CLASS V FELONIES
- Jeremy Donald Holter, 29, Volga, domestic abuse simple assault attempt to cause bodily injury fourth offense, fined $600 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary, all prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
- Clifford Wayne Campbell, 57, Hendricks, Minnesota, receive, transfer or possession of stolen vehicle, fined $600 with $3,030 restitution and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary; second-degree eluding, fined $729.35 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 80 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
- Victoria Ann Meyer, 36, Sioux Falls, possession of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800.50 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and 39 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
