CLASS V FELONIES

• Kevin Haug, 40 of 1631 Overlook Ridge Road, fourth-offense DUI, fined $975.50 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary, one year of prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Michael D. Shipley Jr., 30, Mitchell, second-degree escape by prisoner, fined $700.83 with $1,000 restitution and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 145 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
• Logan Lesnar, 28, of 317 Harvey Dunn St., fourth-offense DUI, fined $1,050 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary, all prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

CLASS VI FELONIES

• Oscar A.F. Rosales, 35, Flandreau, possess forged instrument with intent to defraud, fined $600 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 10 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Joshua Wahle Sr., 42, Sioux Falls, grand theft more than $1,000 and less than or equal to $2,500, fined $820.06 with $1,577 restitution and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• Gregg William Selberg, 62, Watertown, second offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 80 days jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Paul A. Garcia, 50, Rapid City, intentional damage to property $400 to $1,000, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Curtis A. Borstad, 31, of 307 Ash Ave., resisting arrest, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; driving with revoked license, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 53 jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Joseph H. Milianta, 60, of 701 13th St. W. Lot 37, second-offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 80 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Chauncey James Clark, 20, Sioux Falls, reckless driving, fined $597, suspended imposition of sentence.
