The Arlington American Legion Auxiliary Unit 42 recently presented Americanism awards for poems, essays and poppy posters at the Arlington School awards day.
In the first photo: Jaelyn Murray (third and fourth grade first in essays); Jamie Smith (fourth and fifth grade first in poetry, first place in poppy posters); Tayven Huntimer (fourth and fifth grade second in poppy posters); Ivy Clelland (fourth grade tie for second in poetry); Hadlee Bunker (fourth grade tie for second in poetry); Hayden Hall (third and fourth grade first in poetry and second in essays).
In the second photo is Michael Smith (seventh and eighth grade first in poppy poster).
Not pictured is Kaelyn Ulschmid (11th and 12th grade first in essays at Unit 42 and first in essays in District 6).
